Account access

Use the same sign-in method you chose when creating your account. For an email account, use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. Open the reset link on the device where you requested it.

Deleting an account

The app includes “Delete account” in account settings. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account. Do not send your password or a sign-in code. We may need to verify account ownership before handling a request.

Guardian support

A guardian can contact us about consent, access or an athlete's information. Include only the details needed for us to locate the request. Avoid sending coaching recordings or other sensitive information in an initial email.

Public launch

Elevate AI is coming soon. A public launch date has not been announced.
