Information you provide
The app uses account details such as your name, email address, account type and selected sports. Athlete onboarding asks for a date of birth so the app can apply its age and guardian checks. Your coaching history can include voice recordings, transcripts, lesson notes, goals, practice reflections, chat messages and video links you choose to save. Coach and organization features use player connections, memberships and invitations.
Microphone access is used when you choose to record feedback. If you attach an image or enable notifications, the app requests the relevant device permission. You can manage device permissions in your device settings.
Apple and Google sign-in
If you choose a sign-in provider, Apple or Google shares the information needed to identify your account. This can include a provider account identifier, email address, name and available basic profile information. We use this information to authenticate you, create or connect your Elevate AI account, and personalize your account details.
Google sign-in requests basic identity, email and profile permissions. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or your calendar. Apple may provide a private relay address when you choose Hide My Email.
You can review and revoke Google access in your Google Account connections or manage Apple access in your Apple account settings. Revoking provider access does not by itself delete your Elevate AI account. To remove the account, use the app's account deletion controls or contact us.
How your information is used
- Provide sign-in, your account, sport-specific coaching history and coach or organization connections.
- Transcribe and structure feedback you record, retrieve relevant notes and generate coaching responses when you use those features.
- Provide practice focus, reminders, notifications and guardian consent workflows.
- Respond to support requests, maintain service security and diagnose technical problems.
These uses support the service you request. Optional features depend on the permissions or choices you make. Where consent is required, including the app's guardian workflow, access to the relevant processing is subject to that consent. Operational security and support information is used to run and protect the service.
Service providers and sharing
Supabase provides account authentication, database storage, file storage and backend functions. Features that process coaching content use Anthropic for AI responses and note structuring, AssemblyAI for transcription, and ElevenLabs where voice replies are enabled. The relevant recording, text or coaching context is sent to the provider needed for the feature you use.
Where configured, Sentry provides crash reporting and PostHog provides product analytics. The app is designed to send account identifiers and limited technical or feature events, rather than coaching text, transcripts or chat content, to those services. Session replay is disabled in the app.
Coaching feedback is shared with the athlete it is sent to and through the coach or organization relationships supported by the app. It is not a public feed. Do not record or upload another person's information without the permission needed to do so.
Providers may process information in locations outside your home country. Their infrastructure, security, backup and retention practices also apply to the information processed through their services. We do not sell your Google sign-in information or use it for advertising.
This website
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP addresses, browser details and server logs. This website does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Fonts and visual assets are served by the website. If you email us, your email provider and ours handle the message.
Retention and account deletion
Account and coaching information is kept while it is needed to provide your account and the features you use. The app includes an account deletion action in account settings. When a coach deletes their account, feedback already delivered to another athlete can remain in that athlete's coaching history. Deletion does not remove another person's own account or history.
Service backups and operational logs may remain under the relevant provider's retention arrangements. If you need information about a particular record or deletion request, contact us. An organization owner may need to transfer ownership before the account can be removed.
Younger athletes
The app checks athlete age during onboarding and uses a guardian consent workflow for athletes under 16. Social sign-in does not bypass that workflow. A guardian can contact us about a child's information, consent or deletion. Coaching features remain subject to the app's consent checks.
Your choices and requests
You can change account information, manage device permissions, revoke provider access and use the account deletion controls. Contact us to request access, correction, a copy of your information or deletion, and to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own account. Your available rights can also depend on where you live.
